1. Content Ownership

All content shared on Layered — including journal pages, writing, artwork, prompts, and zines — is the original work of the creator, unless otherwise credited. Please don’t copy, reproduce, sell, or distribute this work without written permission. Feel free to share excerpts with proper credit and a link back to the original source.

2. Art Slam Zine Submissions

When you submit work for the Art Slam Zine, you retain full ownership of your original content. By submitting, you give permission for your work to be featured digitally or in print as part of the zine, and to be promoted across Layered’s channels. Contributors will always be credited. No submissions will be sold or licensed without your additional consent.

3. Paid Subscriptions and Refunds

Paid subscriptions give you access to exclusive content and features on Layered. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. At this time, all purchases are non-refundable. If you have an issue with your subscription, reach out — we want to make it right.

4. Affiliate Links and Sponsorships

From time to time, Layered may include affiliate links or sponsored content. These will always be disclosed clearly. If you click a link or purchase a product through a recommendation, a small commission may be earned at no extra cost to you. All opinions and reviews reflect honest experiences with the tools and materials shared.
